Many people in central Ohio were dealing with flooding inside of their homes Wednesday morning after overnight storms.
One of the hardest hit areas was Buckeye Lake.
Water surrounded homes and vehicles at the Leisure Village Mobile Home Park in Buckeye Lake, stranding several people.
Residents said they feared the storm drains were clogged and couldn't handle the heavy rain.
“Within 20 minutes of rain coming through, our whole house flooded. The whole street is flooded. The whole mobile home park is flooded. It's too much water to keep up with the drains,” said Kenneth Stuck, storm victim.
Officials said the next concern was mold and cleaning up the damage.
Other areas of Licking County were also dealing with high water.
Canal Road just outside of Hebron was covered in water in the morning, but much of it receded by noon.
Another big problem is the standing water that exists in the fields. Farmers will have to deal with that in coming days.
