Clouded Leopard Visits 10TV For Zoo Segment

The Columbus Zoo visited 10TV on Monday with a furry creature by the name of Neo, who is a Clouded Leopard.

These cats get their name because of the spots on their coats. They are very rare creatures from Southeast Asia, who live deep in forested areas. However, they are poached for their pelts.

This type of cat is the only species that does not purr or roar.

Although Neo is only three and a half months old, he will soon grow to be 60 pounds. He will also have large teeth, which happen to be the largest teeth in comparison to their size with other cats.

It is also believed the closest relative of this cat is the Saber Tooth Tiger.
