Upper Arlington City Council voted to rezone a controversial property Monday night.
The issue revolves around seven and a half acres of city owned land at the corner of Tremont and Kenny, where the municipal building sits.
In a 4-3 vote, council voted to rezone the land for an officer building.
Upper Arlington says the office would generate more tax revenue for the city.
Neighbors say the city is fine without the extra money. They worry about safety and losing green space.
Upper Arlington will now begin to solicit businesses for the corner lot.
