Residents are being warned in Grandview Heights that a flasher may be back on the streets.
A man, who was reported to have flashed dozens last summer, may have been spotted again.
A woman reports a man matching the alleged flasher’s description exposed himself on Northwest Boulevard at Oxley Road. She was walking her dog when the man exposed himself in front of her.
She ran for help and called police.
Grandview Heights resident Adam Palko says he walks his dog around the block every day. Now he’s walking with a plan after the latest flashing incident.
“I don’t want to see that. I would probably confront the guy,” Palko says. “I’m one of those people. I mean that’s inappropriate. That’s just disrespect. I would probably hold him and have someone call the cops.”
The victim in Grandview’s most recent exposure incident is an adult. However, Palko fears the next victim in Grandview could be a child.
“My neighbors, with kids around,” Palko says. “I feel kind of awkward. That’s not something you want to see.”
Undercover officers are now trying to catch the offender in the act before he strikes again.
The suspect is described as a slender white male about 5’10” and possibly in his 20’s. He has been seen wearing blue jeans and a dark mask or shirt over his face.
