Gunman Forces Lion's Den Cashier To Hand Over Cash

Columbus Police were searching for the person who armed the Lion's Den store in southeast Columbus.

It happened Monday morning around 12:15 a.m. in the 4300 block of Kimberly Road.

Witnesses told police the suspect walked in with a revolver and demanded cash. The cashier handed over more than $300 and the suspect took off on foot.

No one was injured in the robbery.
