Marion Man Breaks Into Just For Kids

Marion Police arrested a man who broke into a Marion Business early Friday morning.

Police responded to a breaking and entering in progress at Just For Kids on N. Main Street around 5:00 a.m.

When officers arrived at the scene they saw a man running from the building. They tracked down and arrested the suspect, 34 year-old Phillip Haire, in the parking lot of the former Marion Star building.

Police say Haire stole a laptop from the business.
