Police Search For 3 Men Suspected In Armed Home Invasion

Marion Police are looking for 3 men, suspected of breaking into a home and attacking the person inside.

It happened around 1 a.m. in the 800 block of Robinson Avenue.

Officers say three men armed with handguns entered the home through a window and beat up the 23-year-old resident.

They stole the victim’s handgun and an undisclosed amount of cash before running off.

A canine unit was called out to help search for the suspects, but the suspects were not found.

One suspect is described as a black man wearing dark clothing.

The second suspect is also a black man, 5’9”-5’10,” 130-150 pounds with short dreadlocks and wearing a black hoodie.

The third suspect is described as a white man 6’5”-6’7,” 200-225 pounds with dark hair and wearing a grey hoodie.

All three suspects are described as being in their late teens or early 20s.

The victim was treated at the scene.
