Franklin County Sheriff's Deputy Charged With Child Pornography

A Franklin County Sheriff's deputy is facing child pornography charges.

Justin D. Iddings, 30, is charged with two counts of pandering sexual material involving a minor.

10TV sources said Iddings was questioned by Westerville Police on Thursday at the Franklin County Jail where he works.

Iddings is accused of having child pornography on his home computer. He lives in Westerville.

The Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at Iddings' home Thursday. ICAC removed several computers and computer equipment, as well as several firearms.

Iddings is scheduled for his first court appearance Friday morning.

Iddings is employed as a deputy in the corrections division of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

He has been placed on unpaid administrative leave while the case is investigated.
