More Mumps Cases Reported In Ohio State University Outbreak

Columbus Health officials say the Mumps cases tied to the Ohio State University outbreak is now at 40.

Officials say the cases involved 18 females and 22 males. The ages of those infected range from 18-48.

Three of the people who got the Mumps were hospitalized, but none are currently in the hospital.

Thirty-two students have reported getting the Mumps. Four staff members, one family member of a student and three people with ties to OSU have also been ill.
