A former Ohio State University graduate student has been indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury.

Nathan Baker is accused of trying to meet a 14-year-old to have sex.

Baker went online and allegedly set up the meeting to happen at a Grandview Heights Church. But Baker was not chatting with a teen.

Officials say he was instead met by Franklin County Interstate Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Baker faces two counts of Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles, three counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Material Involving a Minor, one count of Importuning, and three counts of Attempted Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

If convicted of all charges, Baker could be sentenced to 10 years behind bars.
