Special Information:
Warm today and continued mild tomorrow.  Temperatures climbing into the upper 50s to near 60 tomorrow.  Then a storm system moves into the Ohio Valley late tomorrow night and Wednesday bring rain turning to snow.  A light accumulation of snow is expected mainly north of I-70 during the day Wednesday.  Temperatures will fall Wednesday into Wednesday night with lows by Thursday morning dropping into the single digits.
