Firefighters Rescue Horses Trapped In Burning Barn

Firefighters responded to a fire at a Licking County barn early Tuesday morning.

Firefighters said the fire started around 1:00 a.m. at a barn in the 9900 block of Smokey Row Road in St. Louisville.

Several fire departments responded to the scene.

Firefighters were able to rescue two horses that were inside the barn when the fire started. The barn was a complete loss.

Fire investigators were waiting for daylight to head to the scene and investigate the cause of the fire.
