Report Indicates Car Driven By Teen Went Left Of Center, Causing Fatal Union County Crash

UPDATED: Friday February 28, 2014 12:16 PM

The preliminary report is out on the deadly crash that killed three people - including a Dublin Coffman student, and a father and his son.

The Union County Sheriff blames the accident on the teenage driver.

The report says the SUV being driven by 17-year old Olivia Aicher drove left of
center on State Route 161 Sunday night, crashing into a car being driven by 30-year old Joshua Fraley.

Olivia, Josh Fraley, and his son Easton were all pronounced dead at the scene.

Fraley's wife Jennifer and 4-month-old daughter Payton were hospitalized. An 18-year old passenger in Olivia's car was also injured.

Investigators say Olivia drove off the road to the right and then came back onto the road. She overcorrected which caused the vehicle to cross the center line.

The sheriff says investigators are continuing to examine forensic data and other evidence gathered during the preliminary investigation.
