First responders rescued seven kayakers from Darby Creek after one person fell into the water.
Pleasant Township crews responded to a 911 call around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
Pleasant Township Fire Chief Jay Noojin said a woman fell into the water near London-Groveport Road in Grove City.
She was transported to Doctors West for possible hypothermia.
Noojin said the river was running high and really fast due to flooding.
"It was a nice day, beautiful day out. It looks nice for boating, but the water is cold. You need to stay off the water. Use common sense. Ride your motorcycle, don't get out in the water," said Pleasant Township Fire Chief Jay Noojin.
Six other kayakers refused medical treatment at the scene.
