Franklin County No Longer Under Snow Emergency

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has lifted the level 1 snow emergency.

Earlier Sunday, Franklin County Sheriff Zach Scott put the county on a Level 2 in an effort to keep drivers off the streets so plow drivers could clear the roads.
