UPDATED: Sunday January 26, 2014 10:32 AM

Another round of snow blanketed Ohio on Saturday, creating treacherous driving conditions that caused several crashes.

The National Weather Service says up to 8 inches of snow fell across the state.

Winds between 15 and 25 mph and gusts of up to 35 mph caused blowing snow, challenging crews trying to clear roads and making driving dangerous.

In Licking County, east of Columbus, state police tell The Columbus Dispatch that seven vehicles and multiple tractor-trailers crashed on Interstate 70, causing minor injuries and closing the roadway for several hours.

Two sheriff's deputies were injured in Cincinnati after diving out of the way of an out-of-control car. They're expected to be OK.
