   Another Clipper system moves off to the east today, ushering in another bout of cold air and gusty wind. Temperatures will stay well below average for most of the next week as a series of systems bring chances for snow and even more unseasonably cold air. The next chance for accumulating snow comes over the weekend with more bitter cold for early next week.
