8-Year-Old Girl Among Those Killed In Triple Fatal Crash

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers in Delaware County are still investigating a crash that killed three people including an 8-year-old girl.

The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Sunday on SR 229 west of Horseshoe Road which is north of the city of Delaware.

Officers say four people were in the vehicle.  33-year-old James William Wyatt III was at the wheel of the Chrysler Sebring when it traveled off the right side of the road and hit a tree. 

Wyatt was killed along with 28-year-old Elizabeth Wyatt and 8-year-old Isabella Zinsmaster. 

A fourth person in the car, 22-year-old Jessica Wray, was rushed to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. 

Investigators say nobody in the car was wearing a seat belt when the car crashed.
