Middle School Students Help Faith Mission

UPDATED: Thursday January 16, 2014 6:01 PM

All this week, the Rosemore Middle School student council has been collecting hygiene products like soap, toilet paper, and toothpaste.

Those items will be donated to Faith Mission to help central Ohio's homeless. Rosemore’s student organizers are excited about making a difference.

Student Council president, Haley Daugherty, described it as, "When you see someone on the street, and you think, you can't as a 14-year-old, you really can't do much about it.

Knowing that your whole school can do something about it can actually make you feel really happy”.

Faith mission is a 24-hour emergency shelter and the only such organization in Franklin County able to serve three meals a day, every day of the year.
