Special Information:
   An Arctic cold front will move across the state today producing dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills. Any snow will come to an end as the Arctic air moves in. Wind Chill Warnings are in effect through tomorrow. Wind chills may drop to between -20 and -40 degrees overnight and Tuesday. Tuesday will stay cold and blustery but temperatures will moderate after midweek. There's a chance for snow showers again Thursday and some rain to start the weekend as temperatures will be well above average by then.
