   A chilly day ahead, but a dry one. The warm up begins tomorrow as winds shift to the southwest. Moisture will also be on the increase at the end of the week, with rain showers expected Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We'll be monitoring flood potential over the weekend as combined snowmelt and rainfall may lead to rising water levels. Temperatures plummet again early next week.
