Police Determine Cause Of Death For Smith Road Homicide Victim

The Columbus Police department released the official cause of death for a homicide victim on Smith Road.

The Franklin County Coroner said 38-year-old Shaun Fullen died of a gunshot wound.

On Thursday, November 21, around 1:15 a.m. police were called to an apartment in the 1600 block of Smith Road on the report of an unresponsive male.

Officer said when they arrived at the scene, they found Fullen in the home. He was pronounced dead at 1:21 a.m.

Police said Fullen's death was a homicide. Officers have not released any information on possible suspects.
