Special Prosecutor Continues Investigation Into Crash Which Killed DeSales Teacher

The Licking County prosecutor who is looking into the death of a teacher in Delaware County says he's still reviewing the case.

Ken Oswalt is investigating the death of Bob Lennon. Lennon, a teacher at St. Francis DeSales, was struck and killed in September while riding his bike on Miller Paul Road in Galena in Delaware County.

One person of interest who lives in the area has been questioned by police.

Oswalt told 10TV that he's issued seven subpoenas in the case. He's also just received the autopsy report.

He calls the investigation 90 percent complete.

Oswalt added that no charges will be filed until he speaks to the victim's family.

A meeting is planned for next week.
