Man Faces Charges For Allegedly Striking Bicyclist, Fleeing Scene

Police have charged a 30-year-old for allegedly striking a bicyclist in Upper Arlington on Sunday.

Andrew S. Inglis, 30, has been charged with Failure to Stop After an Accident and Driving Under the Influence, both first degree misdemeanors.

Steve Wartenberg, 55, was hit on McCoy Road near Kenny Road on Sunday just before noon.

Wartenberg is a Columbus Dispatch business writer and avid cyclist. He's currently at Riverside Hospital and listed in critical condition.

10TV has learned Inglis was recently charged with another OVI stemming from an incident on October 17.
