High pressure building into the Ohio Valley will continue to clear out the skies through the night. Chilly temperatures around freezing are expected by Monday morning. Sunshine will start the work week with temperatures rising back up to seasonable averages. Highs will reach into the upper 50’s Monday and Tuesday, and into the lower to middle 60’s by Wednesday.
A cold front will move into the state Wednesday night through Thursday bringing with it widespread showers. Blustery conditions will also develop as the storm system moves through with wind gusts over 25 mph possible Wednesday night through Thursday. Another blast of chilly air will arrive behind the front with high temperatures Friday holding in the upper 40’s despite clearing skies.
