Court Appoints Commission To Look At Fairfield County Clerk's Job

The Ohio Supreme Court has established a commission to consider removing the Fairfield County Clerk of Courts from office.

Deborah Smalley is facing felony charges of theft in office.  

The special prosecutor in the case requested that a commission be appointed to look at suspending Smalley from office during the court case.

The Ohio Supreme Court has now named three former judges to that commission.
