Worker Calls Police After Finding Remains

Police were looking into a report that a construction worker found possible human remains near downtown Columbus.

Construction workers at Olentangy River Road and West Third Avenue contacted police around 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

Authorities closed the road while they were investigating the report.

A coroner determined that the remains were not from a human.

No other information was immediately available.
