Franklin Township Police said the accident happened around 12:20 a.m. in the 3300 block of Fisher Road.

Officers said the SUV flipped and went into the side of a home.

Franklin County Sheriff's Department said 22-year-old Jessica Hubble was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. 21-year-old Oscar Lee Stanton was handcuffed at the scene and taken to an area hospital.
