Another mild October day ahead with sun eventually giving way to some clouds. Showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible Wednesday and Thursday as a strong cold front moves across the region. Rain chances are at 70 percent for Halloween, but the exact timing of those showers is still somewhat uncertain. The better chance for rain appears to come later Thursday night into Friday morning. Looking at clearing skies on Friday and much cooler temperatures heading into the weekend.
