A nice quiet start to the work week, but with some big changes ahead. Today will start with sunshine but clouds will begin to roll in this afternoon as a cold front approaches. A few showers will develop along the cold front tonight and may linger into early Tuesday morning before clearing skies Tuesday afternoon. Much cooler air will filter into central Ohio Tuesday night into Wednesday.
A clipper-type system will move into the state on Wednesday bringing with it a chance for rain showers. The rain may mix with wet snow from time to time through Wednesday but no snow accumulation is expected. The precipitation will taper off Wednesday night with chilly weather sticking around the rest of the week. In fact, we could dip to freezing or below later this week.
