Today will start off chilly with morning lows in the mid to upper 30s. Frost Advisories are in effect until 9:00 a.m. for areas to the south and southeast of Columbus. The afternoon will feature partly to mostly sunny skies and highs near 60.
We’ll see seasonable weather on Monday with highs in the low to mid 60s before another cold front heads our way late in the day. Showers will be possible Monday night into Tuesday morning followed by cooler temperatures. Look for highs on Tuesday in the low to mid 50s. More showers will be possible late Tuesday night into Wednesday. We’ll be much cooler Wednesday, and it’s possible a few wet snowflakes may mix with any rain showers. Snow is not unheard of this time of the year in central Ohio. While our average date of first measurable snowfall in Columbus isn’t until November 21, our earliest date of measurable snowfall on record is October 10, 1906 when we picked up a tenth of an inch of snow.
