A cold front is currently working across the state with areas of drizzle and light rain ahead of it. We have been seeing some clearing behind the front in northwest and western Ohio. Lingering showers will be possible into the early evening hours, mainly south and southeast of Columbus before skies clear. Temperatures will fall behind the front into the 50s through the evening. We’ll end up with a chilly night with lows in the low to mid 40s.
Cloud cover will increase toward daybreak Thursday and a few showers will be possible throughout the day as a wave of low pressure works across the state. Highs will top out in the upper 50s to around 60. Friday looks sunny and seasonable with highs in the low 60s. Another wave of low pressure could touch off a shower or two on Saturday, mainly north of Columbus. Highs will only be in the upper 50s this weekend.
