Police are investigating another report of a flasher in Grandview Heights.
A woman says she was walking her dog on Grandview Avenue near First Avenue Wednesday night.
The victim says she saw a man wearing a coat and exposing himself. She shined a flashlight in his direction and he approached her.
The woman ran to a local business and stayed inside until police arrived.
"It scares me because he was standing right next to a house with the lights on and no one seemed to notice. I will definitely not walk outside anymore, because he hasn't been caught yet, and this has been happening all summer," said the woman, who asked to remain anonymous.
Police have investigated at least five reports of men exposing themselves in Grandview Heights over the past few months.
