A man and woman are both charged with felonious assault in connection with campus-area robberies.

According to the police report, Marcus Adams, 27, approached a 21-year-old woman early Thursday as she was walking in the area of Frambes Avenue and Tuller Street.

Adams is accused of robbing the woman at gunpoint and fleeing to a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Morgan Cosner.

About an hour later, Adams is accused of entering a home in the 800 block of Oak Street and waking the two 19-year-old men at gunpoint.

Adams is accused of stealing property and again fleeing to a vehicle driven by Cosner.

Soon after the robberies, Adams was identified as a suspect and was arrested leaving his home. Officials said they found stolen property on him.

Cosner also was arrested, and both were taken to the Franklin County Jail on charges of aggravated robbery.
