The Buckeye QB was co-Offensive Player of the Week, sharing the honor with Melvin Gordon of Wisconsin.
Guiton set an Ohio State football record by throwing for six touchdown passes in a single game. The Buckeyes beat Florida A&M 76-0.
Guiton was 24 of 34 passing for 215 yards, and he only played the first half.
This was Guiton's second career start.
Guiton got the call after Braxton Miller went down with an injury earlier this season.
