Showers and thunderstorms will become widespread tonight as a cold front moves into central Ohio. A few storms could be strong through early evening with gusty winds being the primary threat. Rainfall amounts of over 1 inch will be likely across much of central Ohio overnight. Rain will linger into Saturday morning and then taper off toward noon in time for the Buckeye game. Skies will clear during the afternoon with much cooler, fall-like air filtering in.
Skies will be partly cloudy Saturday night with cool temperatures in the upper 40’s. Temperatures will remain fall-like on Sunday as highs will only reach into the middle to upper 60’s. Fall officially arrives on Sunday at 4:44pm. Quiet and comfortable weather is in the forecast through the first half of next week.
