The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office says a Columbus woman is dead after an SUV crashed into a restaurant.
The crash occurred at the Warehouse Steak n' Stein, located on North Whitewoman Street near the Historic Roscoe Village in Coshocton County.
Deputies said the brakes failed on a driver's SUV as it drove down a hill.
That SUV crashed into two parked cars and rolled over onto the restaurant's patio.
"I just saw disarray of cars being bundled up together in a way that you wouldn't think in little Roscoe village, which is a quaint little village area," said restaurant owner John Larson.
The SUV struck and killed Mary Baldwin, 68, of Columbus.
Her husband George Baldwin, 71, was also injured. He was flown to OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus for treatment.
Deputies said the driver of the SUV Charles Miller, 28, was driving without a valid license.
Because of this, investigators said they charged him with vehicular homicide.
Deputies said a 1-month-old baby in the back seat of the SUV was uninjured.
