Man Accused Of Not Telling Former Partner About HIV Status Now Facing Additional Indictments

UPDATED: Friday September 13, 2013 4:11 PM

A man already charged with one count of felonious assault now faces two additional charges.

Kevin Groce is charged for allegedly not disclosing his HIV positive status to a partner before having sex.

In Ohio, it's a felony for anyone who has tested positive for HIV to have sex without telling the partner about the disease.

Earlier this week, one of his alleged victims spoke with 10TV. She said she came forward to keep similar incidents from happening to anyone else.
