A former Dublin teacher has forfeited his teaching license.
The Columbus Dispatch reported that the state school board is scheduled to accept the surrender of Thomas H. Mouat's license. It then will be permanently revoked.
The newspaper says Mouat was investigated last year for inappropriate behavior with students. He then quit last year when he was accused of mocking a student in front of a class.
Mouat, 40, taught social studies at Dublin Jerome High School until last year.
