UPDATED: Thursday September 5, 2013 6:09 AM

The Ohio State University marching band has plans to go green.

One of the band members is trying to persuade administrators to replace sheet music with ipads.

That's according to a Bloomberg Business report.

The argument is that it would save on annual printing costs.

The band is testing it out by buying 45 ipads for squad leaders, staff, and directors.
