Cash Reward Offered For Information About 2011 Murder

Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is looking for information about a 2011 homicide on Columbus' east side.

According to Crime Stoppers, the body of Kevin Connal was found behind an apartment building near 2032 Stonebridge Lane in the Bexley Woods apartment complex on Aug. 20, 2011.

Authorities said that Connal, who was in town from the Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. area, was severely beaten.

Connal was involved in the entertainment business and was thought to be in central Ohio to arrange a concert at a local venue.

Police asked that anyone who had contact with Connal between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 call them.

A cash reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person responsible for the crime.
