A man is charged with three counts of theft for allegedly taking clients' money and not finishing his work as a contractor.

A Delaware County grand jury returned an indictment for three theft charges against Glen Goddard.

Officials said that Goddard worked for a number of Powell residents as a contractor, collected their money and did not complete a basement remodeling job.

According to the prosecutor's office, the 58-year-old Canal Winchester man has received 14 complaints against him. Three of the complaints were out of Delaware County.

A warrant has been issued for Goddard's arrest.
