Southeastern High School in Ross County was searched Wednesday morning after a possible disturbance was reported.
According to the Ross County Sheriff's Office, deputies received a call shortly before 7 a.m. about a disturbance at the school
The call was from a disturbed parent and was obtained from a social media site, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies and the Ross County Sheriff's Office K9 unit responded to the school.
The student allegedly associated with the disturbance was interviewed. The sheriff's office said it was determined that the disturbance was unfounded.
The entire school building underwent a security sweep, and the explosive-sniffing K9 searched the building.
Officials said the school was never placed under lockdown.
