Lawyers for a Pickerington teen accused of rape say a plea deal has been reached on a remaining charge against him.
In February, a jury found 19-year-old Roger Lewis, Jr. not guilty of one charge of rape.
At that time, the jury could not reach a decision on the second count, and a mistrial was declared on it.
Lewis' lawyer now tells 10TV that a plea deal has been reached on the remaining charge.
No details of the deal were released at this time.
The former high school football player was accused of raping a woman twice. The defense argued that the sex was consensual.
