A second defendant has pleaded guilty in a Marion homicide.
The Marion Star reported that Justin J. Miller pleaded guilty to the murder of Allen Brown.
Brown was found dead in his Church Street home on Oct. 30 of last year.
Miller was scheduled to go on trial in two days prior to the plea deal, according to the paper.
Taylor Sherman has already pleaded guilty to aggravated murder and will be sentenced next week.
Amanda Brockman pleaded guilty to complicity to aggravated murder and was sentenced to four years.
Grant Blackwell is scheduled to go on trial for obstructing justice, and a juvenile is also charged with several complicity counts to the homicide and burglary.
