Charges were conditionally dismissed against Ohio State football player Bradley Roby Wednesday.
Police in Bloomington, Ind. arrested Roby in July and charged him with misdemeanor battery, according to authorities.
The red-shirt junior defensive back was allegedly in a fight with security personnel at the Dunnkirk Bar.
That charge was later reduced to disorderly conduct.
Now, as part of a pre-trial agreement, court records show Roby will not face charges as long as he takes part in a court diversion program.
Buckeye coach Urban Meyer has already suspended Roby for the season opener against Buffalo.
Roby was an All-Big Ten player at cornerback a year ago for the Buckeyes.
