Allegiant will offer nonstop service to Florida beginning in November.
The airline announced the plan for nonstop flights between Columbus and Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
The flights will fly into St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport beginning on Nov. 23.
"We are pleased to bring another affordable and convenient travel options to the residents of Columbus," said Andrew C. Levy, Allegiant Travel Company President, in a release Tuesday. "We are confident the community will appreciate the convenience of flying nonstop to Tampa Bay and the value of bundling their air, hotel and car rental reservation together through us."
In addition to the Columbus to Tampa Bay service, the company announced service in 10 new communities.
