Strong-Well-Fit is a FREE, 12 week program that helps youth and teens, ages 8-16, and their parents make lifestyle changes to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight. Together, you’ll begin to learn about nutrition and healthy food choices, exercise, play active games and more.
