Back to school also means making sure your child is up-to-date on vaccinations to protect your child and other children from diseases and illnesses. Columbus Public Health offers the following:

 

Program Information

All routine children’s vaccines are available at Columbus Public Health. Some immunizations for high-risk conditions may require a prescription from a physician.  Immunization clinic can be reached at 614.645.7945.

  • Hepatitis A and B
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Whooping Cough (Tdap)
  • Polio (inactivated)
  • Pneumonia (Prevnar-13)
  • Haemophilus Influenzae B (Hib)
  • Rotavirus (Rotateq)
  • Meningitis (MCV4)
  • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
  • Chickenpox (Varicella)
  • Human Papillomavirus* (HPV4, Gardasil)
  • Influenza (during flu season)
