Police responded to a report of a shooting at a northeast Columbus barber shop Tuesday afternoon.
According to dispatchers, the incident was reported around 2 p.m. at Mr. Brown's Barber Shop at 2679 Cleveland Ave.
A caller said that the shop's owner had shot a robbery suspect.
Police who responded to the scene did not believe there had been a shooting but a physical dispute.
No charges were expected to be filed.
